This unit covers potential problem situations and how to avoid and best resolve any issues that may come up. It provides good information on establishing rapport and active ways to learn about students. One area I felt was particularly interesting was the \"Warmers\" and how make the first part of the class stimulating so students are more inclined to engage. If this practice was a morning routine, it help make students excited about class, because it is always started off on a positive note. The unit also covered different levels students may be at and how to best work in a large classroom environment and offered very helpful suggestions on how to best ensure that all students are active and learning.
