I have learned that there are many different ways to present a lesson. A teacher can be part of the group of students and engage with them, can stand back and watch the students work, or can take control of the lesson and have the students follow and listen them, just a few examples. The teacher needs to have many qualities to be a good teacher such as being patient and kind, know the material, and also really enjoy teaching. It's also important for the students to want to learn and to be okay with taking chances and making mistakes while learning. The student-teacher dynamic is a really interesting one and it will always be changing within many different environments and with students and their backgrounds.
