I've learnt how to establish a good classroom while maintaining respect and individualism between teachers and students. This section has helped me understand how to interact not only as a teacher but as a person with the students while upholding the discipline role. Maintaining respect and obedience in a fun relaxed environment does seem like a lot to handle however it is how the students with learn to the best of their ability. I believe, the best way to teach is by getting involved and allowing them to work it out themselves obviously with a little guidance when needed. The best way to learn for me is when I've had to work it out myself with interacting with others and just enjoying myself at the same time.
