From this unit I have learnt about the qualities of a good teacher, roles of teacher in class room, the characteristics of a good student, group of students by age and its own challenges, level of English, major differences between adults and young learners, and the importance of good interaction between teacher and students in order to create a positive learning process. While some information are not surprising to me, I have studied a lot of interesting points from this unit. For example, I usually act only as a manager, organizer, and facilitator in the class room. After completing this unit, I had understood that as a teacher I should also act as a prompter and even a participant - depending on the situation.
