Being a teacher without a profound experience in the field I find the unit really helpful. First of all, I tried to compare my personal qualities with the qualities of \"a good teacher\" listed in the text. I hope that I possess all of them and, no matter whether I do or do not, I want to concentrate on developing each of them. I was also really interested to get familiar with the roles teachers can, and should, play in the classroom switching from one to another depending on different types of activies. I believe all information is really useful, especially that stating the differences between young and grown-up learners: their levels of language awareness, ways of perception, learning experience and motivation.
