This unit gave me a better insight into the real life situation during teaching an English lesson to students. I have seen what kind of an effect the Teacher?s attitude has on the students and how it can be used to improve a lesson. By being friendly the students feel more relaxed and willing to interact with the teacher. I have also seen that by speaking slower and more clearly the teacher can communicate something to the students more effectively. I have also seen that by using mime and body language the teacher can communicate some sentences and actions more effectively. For an example by making the motion of turning over a page the teacher can get the students to understand what he is saying more rapidly.
