This unit is all about the productive skills, writing and speaking. I did not know that writing was a neglected skill, I thought that people considered all of the skills to be important but I did not even think about the quiet time that is involved with it in the classroom. I think that it would be better to assign as homework that way you're able to engage more in class. These two skills are broken down into accuracy and fluency. Both are equal to each other. Accuracy is making sure that you communicate something that is right where fluency is communicating with flow. Fluency is more concerned with how much detail you're adding to the topics that you are talking about and it is less concerned with accuracy.
