This unit relates to evaluation of the students and testing them. Evaluation can take three forms , i. e. tutorials, tests and evaluation given by the students. Wether tutorials and evaluations by the students are not quite formal, tests are pretty rigid form of assessing the students. There are different goals we can pursue conducting a test evaluation. Firstly, it is necessary to determine the English level of the new students so we need to give them a placement or diagnostic tests. During the course of the studies we need to know what language is retained which is forgotten, in thi case progress tests are pretty handy. Finally, to assess our work and progress on a bigger scale we might have an achievement test.
