This unit really allowed me to reflect on my own personal behavior in the classroom. I definitely could sometimes relate to the teacher in the first lesson, as well as the second lesson. For me, it's a bit harder with classes with more students, rather than a small group. However, this does not prove an excuse for not teaching to the best of my ability. Like the teacher, I al?o use flashcards and write on the?board a lot. However, I tend to use the students' native language at least 50 percent of the time, usually to aid in their understanding. However, they tend to get too comfortable, and don't speak English as much. I will use this example and watch it many times in order to aid my own teaching ability.
