This unit is focused on introducing the different types of classes you may reach and how you may prepare yourself for each one. Unit 19 talks about the different categories you may place your students according to how much English they do and don't know as well as types on how to help them learn the language most efficient. Another point made its how to best manage a classrooms behavior as well as their learning to get the most out of your time. I learned that getting to know the background and dynamic of your student body is really important to best prepare your lesson before hand as well as one you've started teaching keeping in mind what works best for the individual learner to help all reach their full potential.
