In this final unit I had a review of some of the most important points that I should always remember as an EFL teacher: How to manage a large class, how to deal with students who are reluctant to participate in class, how to encourage the students to speak english as mush as possible during a class, how to plan a first lesson, etc. For example, in my first lesson with a group, I should plan activities to help build rapport between the students and my self, as well as with eachother. I have to learn about their interests, and what is the level of english for each student. When managing a large class, I should make sure that the information on the board can be seen by all my students, that everyone can hear me when I speak, that I involve all my students in the class by using work sheets, pair work, drilling. I remembered how important is to always include an engage phase in every class, since most of the time, the students do not come to the class room feeling motivated to learn english, I should make the engage phase short but fun, for example we can play the game of \"hang man\
