As a general fact, cultural differences are likely to influence any learning environment. Nonetheless, teaching is a universal role for any learning environment, therefore the very duty a teacher must have is to show that there is a leader who will set the relevant and appropriate instructions for the needs of learners, try to minimize the potential issues caused by either cultural factors or learners themselves and not be only like a soldier who instructs what will be done and what will not be done, but also be a model, facilitator and participant when necessary both by encouraging learners to do more and not skipping enough error correction especially without considering it demotivating. In my opinion, I do defend that there must be a logical balance between not demotivating a learner and recasting. As a matter of fact, while students should be motivated by not making correction all the time, on the other side, there is a reality that students have to learn what is correct, what is not. I do think one of the basic requirements of a 'GOOD' teacher is to set a really important balance between them
