This unit gave an overview of the possible equipment and teaching aids a teacher might have access to inside and outside the classroom. These are very important to be aware of since they can make the teaching more interesting, memorable and fun. They also let the teacher be less dependent on the course book. A few examples are: the white board which is a huge aid in writing, drawing and sticking things on; English to English dictionaries which help students learn and understand vocabulary immensely; photocopiers and computers which are essential in printing and looking up material; YouTube and other videos to be used as awesome visuals; and many, many others. The unit ended with several online websites that can also be used as aids.
