This unit talked about resources teachers can use, how to plan out a lesson and some tips on keeping order within the classroom. It's important to use a variety of resources, especially authentic ones. This keeps the students interested and motivated. It is also important to plan out your lesson ahead of time, but to know that it is just an outline, and that how the lesson goes is always dependent on the students on the day. It's no point pushing on with the lesson if they aren't grasping the concepts. When it comes to teaching, its important to be able to think on your feet and adapt, but its important to always be organised and prepared, this not only give yourself more confidence but it also gives the students the confidence in you.
