Classroom management is a key part for a successful lesson. There is no certain method which will suit all students or all lessons. I think it really depends on a teacher's teaching experience. If a teacher has a large amount of teaching experience and teaches various kinds of students, he or she can deal with the problems and manage the class well. However, it does not mean that teachers with little experience cannot manage the class well. Teachers should spend much time on understanding the class and all the students. Teachers should also consider, or suppose what might happen in a class and how to solve the problems. Certainly it will be the best that nothing goes wrong. However, if something really happens, teachers can deal with it.
