What I gained from this unit are useful tools to bring inside the classroom to teach my future students. The various ways instructors can bring DVDs, Video Cameras, Overhead projector and more are important to use these variety of teaching aids for an effective lesson. I might have some students who prefer visuals more than audio, so the variety of these aids are very useful. When i was in high school, my teachers used the over head projector a lot and I enjoyed having that equipment in class. It was easy to use and it engaged the students with the teacher during each step of the lesson. I look forward to hoping these teaching aids will be available to me in my classrooms and/or inspiration to come up with my own unqiue creative materials.
