Learning to really care about teaching , but even cares more about the learning of the students shows that teachers are passionate to see a student learn from our teachings. This unit has helped me to understand of being a controller , and the role of having to organize studentas to do differenr activities. Also knowing that we as teachers are the source of real english the students have experianced ,we should keep them motiiveated and communicate with the students on a greater range of topics. There may be various of reasons for students to attend english classes, we know that students with motivation has a greater chance of success. It' the teacher part to make it certain that lessons are enjoyable , interesting to motivate the students.
