From my point of view this unit is all about helping the teacher manage a class properly which entails having to know the level of the kids you teach, knowing how to gain respect from the kids by being punctual to class, creating a suitable environment for the kids to learn freely without necessarily being at the fore front of every conversation but guiding the kids to do well which helps the kids practice more and don't feel bored during lessons. Thus in a nutshell I have learnt that being a teacher, one has to be exemplary and a model and he /she should care more about the learners and not just about teaching the kids this way the kids feel loved and this encourages them not shy away from asking question when ever they are unsure of something.
