In studying Unit 1, I learned the following, firstly, \"A good teacher equals a good student.\" Secondly, the teacher and learner relationship are very important. Thirdly, the teacher has to ensure that lessons are interesting, enjoyable, and varied for the students to maintain and be motivated to learn. And finally, as I studied the contents in this unit, I have been reminded of the 3 C's that I have in my heart whenever I perform my role as a teacher to my students. I should be COMMITTED as a teacher (passion for doing my best as I teach). I should have a CARING attitude (imparting knowledge and building a good rapport with my students), and I should always be willing to COMMUNICATE to them (because open communication motivates the student to learn).
