Different types of classes need different approaches, styles and contents. If you are teaching young learners, teachers must bring out their animated side. Classes should be fun, enjoyable and activities should vary from time to time. For me, I think, beginners are the most fragile type of students. Teachers should be in control while encouraging beginners to participate and speak as much as possible inside the classroom. There are other types of students like the ones taking Business English classes. But for me, whether they are young learners or professionals, teachers should possess the right attitude for certain classes.
