I learned about kinds of materials that can be used in lessons such as authentic and created ones. Authentic materials are more interesting and up-to-date but they cannot be used with beginners. I learned about the advantages and disadvantages of using a course book and how to analyze a course book depending on many factors such as price and availability. I don?t prefer using a course book because I think they make teachers less creative and make lessons predictable and boring. The created materials provided were useful and the website is a really great one. Finally, I learned how to use a course book to maximum effect.
