Teachers and learners have a connection that either makes learning great or terrible. A good teacher must understand their students, love to teach and have a good understanding of the material they're supposed to be teaching. They must do their best to perform each role to the best of their ability to create a comfortable learning environment, whether that entails working closely with one or two students at a time to ensure they understand a task, or managing the students as a whole to clearly convey a topic. A good teacher must adapt and change their teaching style to match the age group or language level of their students.
