This unit taught the methods commonly used for the management of a classroom, to best ensure a productive and comfortable learning and teaching environment. It discussed methods of body language such as eye contact, gesture, and voice, which allow for better interaction with the students. It also went over the various ways to group students and the positive and negative attributes of each. Finally, it discussed how to effectively give instructions, address problematic behavior, and establish rapport with students. The lesson was very useful and provided a fair amount of comprehensive material to allow for effective teaching.
