Teaching special groups, the subject of this unit, covered beginners, individual students, children, business english and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). The material was well presented and the highlighting of areas that need to be considered was especially useful. My special interest is Business English and I think the Questionnaire/Needs Analysis template will be valuable for me in the future.
