I have learnt,in this unit that there are many ways to engage and teach.Most importantly I have learnt that there is not just one method that will suit all.I need to be adaptable and need to be able to read my audience,adjusting my lessons if need be.Constant criticism or correcting well may hamper learning and inhibit class discussion.One needs to use it sparingly.It is well to be open minded in your methods,keeping class room time exciting and interesting.
