This was a very useful unit because it directly relates to what I want to do in the near future, which is to create course books for ELL. I found the video to be more helpful than the selected reading for this unit. I also realized how dated this course it because of the mention of cassette tapes and also that there wasn't any mention of a USB or website with log-in information that is provided with language resource materials these days.
