This unit was about helping a class to learn effectively.Moreover, as a teacher, to inspire confidence in the student and as such must be flexible and able to change role according to the situation and activities through eye contact, gesture, variation of the voice.The class management is both a skill of organizing and managing the class.My favorite class group is the circle and horseshoe because it create a more relax and intimate class atmosphere whereas still allowing eye contact with all other class member. Creating a good atmosphere will contribute greatly in efficient learning .
