This unit refreshed my knowledge on how sentences are structured in the english language and how the different components within a sentence relate to one another. It also helped me to remember the names of certain words and relationships which I have not studied in depth since my early days of school education. Even though I know how to use these various components of sentences, relearning the definitions and revising the rules of the english language will be useful when it comes to explaining aspects of the english language to students with little english knowledge.
