From studying this unit I feel that a good teacher should enjoy teaching so they can be enthusiastic and motivate their students to be successful and prepared for the next step in their lives. A good teacher needs to be well organized for maintaining order in the classroom and the students always know what to do. I feel teachers should encourage students by being kind and respectful, especially in a multi-racial class where your students may be very shy.
