This unit is about teaching and learning: about the learning and development theories, the acquisition of language (native and second), the learning environment, the receptive and productive skills of the learners and the roles of the teacher. Furthermore it is about maturation. It was great to retrieve my knowledge about the different approaches to learning and discovering again which approach appeals most to me. And equally important: which approach is most suitable for learning/ acquiring EFL.
