Unit 15 stipulates the imprtance of evaluation and testing in a learning process. It expalains the different ways students could be evaluated for example: through tutorial, evaluation by the students and through tests.
It goes on to explain the different types of tests such as diagnostic tests, practice tests, progress tests etc.
It finally explains the different external exams that we have and their purposes. they are TOEFL, IELTS and TOEIC.Unit Nine covers the basic structure and formula of a lesson plan. It starts off with expressing what is a lesson plan and the importance of them. As you go through the unit, it provides templates of lesson plans and an example of a 'completed' lesson plan. It further provides a class activity to support learning. The ESA formula has again been exhibited as a 'good practice' structure for teachers to follow when it concerns language teaching.
