This unit is careful to distinguish entry-level teachers with experienced teachers when it comes to preparing a reliable lesson plan. It reinforces the expectations upon the new teacher and potential adjustments that can suddenly occur. The variety of creative questionnaires and language exercises also sheds light on the challenge of articulating certain subjects that could stump the practicing teacher. This is a heavily helpful unit overall.At the end of unit 3, it would appear that if this amount of content is to continue, this course will far
exceed the 120 hours designated.
Having said that, I did thoroughly enjoy the content.
In my past experience, I never received this type of concise structure and easy to understand content.
The teaching methodology and ESA portions of the unit will certainly give me not only more confidence but smoother transition from section to section.
