There are always many very different notions of what constitutes a class in terms of level of students, their age, gender, nationalities, background, etc. This unit provides for us a clear layout of possible troubles as well as practical suggestion on how to tackle them. This is another unit worthwhile to refer back to al the time. After carefully learning the knowledge, I become more confident in dealing with various situations and learners.After reflecting back to my teaching experience ,I realized that we all have same ways of teaching but we never know exactly the stages with which we teach and what they are called .we just teach do things from one stage to another but we cant`t explain the stages in teaching terms. This simply means I am hearing about engage,study and activate stages from the time I started studying this course. I have learned this stages and realized a lot.
