In this Unit, I have learned the different roles of the teachers and how it can help with the flow of the lesson and also to motivate the students. I have learned that the role of the teacher can greatly affect the effectiveness of his/her teaching and each role must be used accordingly and not be overused. Also, in this unit I have learned the different Type of learners as well as their behaviors, motivations, and experience the students can bring inside the classroom. This will be a great help for new teachers like me, to know what we can expect to our future students and how we can handle each student type.
