In my company, we do tend to focus on business english, but need to teach general English to those who prefer the latter. There are some learners who just want to learner English for pleasure and leisure. I was most interested in the sections on teaching individual students and teaching Business English. These are most relevant to me, along with the other units in this course because we mainly teach adults. The suggested activities, needs analysis, do's and don'ts are all very helpful. I have applied some of them in my classes and look forward to applying the rest in future classes.
