This unit has been really helpful for me as it gave me new insights into how both teachers and learner perceive and react to various situations, for example how a teacher should "think on foot"" whenever a class is disturbed eacher all too easily may forget the basic and elementary reasons for being a teacher This unit provides a basic overview of the role of the teacher in relation to the student. It outlines the expectations of the teachers and the different roles a teacher may take. It also outlines the various motivations for the student and how a teacher can effictively motivate a student.
