This unit helped me see the advantages and disadvantages of different material in the classroom. Especially about when and with which kinds of groups it's better to use one Type of material vs. another type of material. Also how authentic material is interesting and motivating, it should be chosen carefully to tailor it to the particular class. Also how to use the course book and good hints about not using the book the entire class.
