This unit was about pronunciation and phonology. It is typically the most overlooked part of teaching english and is also very important in becoming a native speaker of English. There are many different ways we pronounce words and produce different sounds. Teaching it may be difficult but, recognizing how native English speakers talk and being able to convey that to students will help them learn how to read and speak better and more fluently.
