In this unit, I learned about a few of the examination and assessment types there are for learners of english. A placement test is meant to be taken Before a course has begun. A diagnostic test is meant to be taken at the beginning of a course in order to determine where a student's ability is at. A progress test is in order to determine the progress of a student in the class. A practice test is meant for practice before an external exam such as the TEOFL.
