I found this unit useful for its links I thought this lesson was common sense, but I do like the multiple examples supplied by this unit; it's always nice to have a concrete example. I did like the list talking about factors one should look at when analyzing a course book. The use of course books in my own language learning experience has been hit or miss. Some books are more effective than others and and all of them must be supplemented with other materials. This unit gives some good criteria with which a teacher can judge a materials applicability for their course.
