Unit 14 was rather straightforward, but still gave me some ideas since I am in the process of writing a textbooks for my company. As I mentioned Before, I know that one of my weaknesses is planning appropriate and relevant activities. So this Unit was helpful in giving me some ideas for activities to include in the workbook. Since I teach speech and communications, I really thought the role-play activity involving telephone calls is something that I could easily integrate into one of my lessons.
