The final unit of this course went over some solutions for some common problems in a classroom environment. There were many suggestions provided to assist a teacher to do their job more effectively when a problem arises. What I found the most useful was the section on what to do when students speak their native language during class. The suggestions provided were all really great and focused on encouraging the student to speak english instead of reprimanding the use of their native language. I think the overall theme of this unit is to continuously engage and motivate students to speak english so that learning is enjoyable and fun for everyone.
