Unit 12 covers speaking and writing skills and the techniques and teaching activities to employ in the classroom. For speaking, I learned that more modeling and guided role-plays in the Study phase would help students more. I also need to limit my interruption to help and encouragement during the monitoring stages as well. I have never tried pair work for writing because it sometimes puts pressure on one student, but I might try it next time. I also appreciated the reminder to incorporate more games in class.
