In this unit I learned that while being a good teacher is important, making great students should be higher on the priority list. There are several ways to encourage students while avoiding potential humiliation or embarrassment. High quality student and teachers have their own set of qualities, however the theme of flexibility and motivation are found in both. There rare also different levels of english that can be taught, depending on the class. These levels will have a factor in the degree of motivation of students, which may make things more challenging for the teacher.
