A very clear understanding of my role as a effectively teacher dealing with students of different English proficiency. How important it is to assess if your class is motivated to learn can be based on my response toward them. How to effectively involve each student and engage them with activities can prompt a deeper interest toward their learning. Most of all, I had learned that I must take unto consideration when teaching adults verses children. I must assess their level of English, their reason for coming to the class, their cultural background, and their life experiences Before arranging them in an activity that can be most beneficial to them.
