On the learner side Learned basic knowledge about teaching, rols of a teacher, a good learner and levels. Knowing the goal of my learner, which level he or she is in and what makes him or her a good learner, so I can get the best out of my learner with my teaching qualities, starts with the basics I learned in this unit. This unit covered the differences between various levels of English Language Learners and began to provide guidance with regards to how to approach the student. On of the most important aspects of this lesson began to highlight the importance of balancing corrections directed towards the students and encouragement so that they do not lose motivation and sense of accomplishment.
