This unit was about trouble shooting. It talked about how there are two first classes, students who know each other and students who don't. In both of these first day classes a teacher shouldn't use the book but establish report among the students and oneself. This book also recommended group activity for a mixed level class which is useful because it is a good idea to pair a weaker student with a stronger student.
