In this unit, I studied about the importance of teaching speaking and writing skills. I learnt that a teacher should focus on both fluency and accuracy, and read about many activities and techniques one could use while teaching communication skills to encourage students to speak and interact with the teacher and each other. I also reviewed a number of games that can be used in the classroom during lessons.
