This unit was very helpful in the way it explained how to teach business english. As I would admit is something that is quite intimidating. I feel a little more confident now if I come across this situation. Though I must admit I am the most comfortable in a young learner's environment. I was quite pleased with myself when all the things mentioned in this unit is something I do on a regular basis with my students.
