Unit 02 dealt with the components of a sentence and went into moderate detail about the subtypes of each sentence segment. (Such as discussing verbs, then also going into adverbs; or discussing nouns, then going into pronouns and proper nouns.) After completing the unit I will confess that I found the amount of rules, edge cases, unique scenarios, and topics to memorize a bit daunting. I recall fragments of these items from my education, but since it has been over a decade since I've had an English class, I feel almost as if I'm starting fresh. That said, I found the course very informative and, with more studying and review, I'm confident these topics will return in complete clarity.
